SEA HAG! was a solo exhibition presented at Evans Contemporary in Peterborough, Ontario from November 14 through December 22, 2013.
The show followed the antics of Popeye's infamous archnemesis from E.C. Segar's newspaper comic strip of the 1930s. The imagery, embodied in the techniques of comics and printmaking, both connected viewers to romantic ideals of a mythic past, while constructing a narrative of the artist as an outsider.
